I hate to do it, but it seems that Karli's mother forgot a few situations when sneaking isn't a sin:
-sneaking Jews out of nazi Germany.
-sneaking into a quarantine zone to deliver medical supplies.
-sneaking runaway slaves out of the American south.
Thus, the act of sneaking itself is neither good nor evil, just a tool of the trade, to be used for the purposes of its wielder.
